• Clients retain full control over their investment decisions and are responsible for the outcomes of their actions.
• Services may include but are not limited to market research, risk assessments, strategy recommendations, and investment education.

Fee Structure

• Fees for services or referral benefits are exclusively derived from the profits made by clients through EvigTrust. No subscription fees or deductions from the client’s capital are charged.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your financial status, investment goals, and risk tolerance.
• Understand that EvigTrust acts solely as an advisor and that all investment decisions and associated risks are the client’s responsibility.
• Comply with all relevant laws and regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction when acting on EvigTrust’s advice.

4. Risk Disclosure

High-Risk Warning

Trading Foreign Exchange (Forex), Contracts for Difference (CFDs), and other financial instruments is highly speculative, involves significant risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. Losses can exceed your initial investment; do not trade with capital you cannot afford to lose.

• EvigTrust is not liable for losses resulting from market fluctuations, misinterpretations, or delays in executing advice or any other losses incurred during or after the client's engagement with any services offered by EvigTrust.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes should first be addressed through amicable negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Ugandan law.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
• Termination does not absolve the client of outstanding obligations or liabilities under this agreement.

10. Amendments

• EvigTrust reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
• Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Regulatory Compliance

• EvigTrust adheres to applicable laws and regulations governing investment advisory services.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations when acting on EvigTrust’s advice.

12. Acknowledgment

By using EvigTrust’s services, you acknowledge that:

• All investment decisions are solely your responsibility.
• EvigTrust does not guarantee market performance or outcomes.
